First off, credit where it is due: the snarky people at TheShiznit.co.uk put up this rather witty article (which sounds like a "Mad Magazine" idea) "If the Best Picture nominee posters told the truth," and one has to admit that, yeah, a couple of these taglines did scuttle across the brain-pan thinking about these movies.
